New Revenue Generating Services

Find out more about our Reloadable Prepaid Card and Walk-in Bill Payment services now available. You now have the option to cash customer checks without stocking large sums of cash; instead load the proceeds onto a prepaid card. Consumers can then use the value store on the card at ATMs, online and retail establishments.

Electronic Deposits Users

If you use the Electronic Deposits feature, be sure to check for returned / rejected items daily. And remember to mind your check limits to those set in your electronic deposits contract.

Check Cashing Tips

• Verify employment for all new customers and when existing customers try to cash checks from companies they hadn't cashed before.
• Do not call the phone number on the check to verify employment. Either use Paycheck Secure's contact lookup feature or call 411. Also, verify employment during work hours.

• Implement sound check cashing policies that all your employees follow.

• Confirm Bank Information -- If you have the routing number, and want to confirm the bank information, go to http://www.fededirectory.frb.org/index.cfm and select "Search for Fedwire participants by ABA:". Enter the routing number, and the site will supply you with the bank name, city and state.
